OMG Software Process Engineering Metamodel Stencils for Omnigraffle. Using SPEM you can plan or inspect the engineering approach in software projects. You can use it to learn from previous approaches as well as to simply improve the processes in your company.
This stencil can be used to model state-event-fault-trees. On the one hand, according state machines can be models easily and on the other, it provides skeletons for the event-tree part. It uses the ISO-Icons for AND, OR and NOT.
Additional UML diagram tools, esp. for Use Case and Activity diagrams. There is also a Domain object for class domain or namespace groupings in Class and Collaboration diagrams.
